Lunar Giant is proud to announce that we’ve become part of a small group that’s helping to bring the IGDA Chicago back!  Here’s a press release for today (Monday, April 11, 2011):

The International Game Developer’s Association (IGDA) Chicago is back!  We’re rebooting the chapter, and we’re looking for your help!  If you’re a game developer, a student interested in getting into the industry, or a gamer who just wants to talk games with other like-minded people, come check us out.  Join us as we host meet & greets, industry panels, game jams, and even classes.

Our first meetup starts this Tuesday, April 19 at Dave & Busters in Chicago (1030 North Clark, Chicago, IL).  Visit our Meetup group to let us know you’re interested, and while you’re at it, check out IGDA Chicago’s new website for all of the latest news on what we’re up to.
