Zed here. I just posted this on the SpaceLab blog, but I wanted to share it with you guys. There has been some awesomeness going on.

We did it!

We raised $1,350 for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, a member of the Children’s Miracle  Network located in Chicago. Extra-Lifers worldwide raised over 3.8 million dollars, and that total  continues to grow.

If you caught our live stream, you saw the six members of Team Unicorn playing all manner of games  for 25 hours. We played everything from Limbo to Halo to Call of Duty to the Sims and Mass Effect,

528202_610882158953033_264352726_n Portal, FPS: Overwatch (a board game created by a  couple of the participants), and Tetrapulse (an awesome  game coming to Steam).

It was a truly amazing experience. We were supported by everyone who walked in or watched online  and by each other. By the end of it, we were zombies, but we were zombies who had made the world just a  little bit better.

We did something awesome, and you were there supporting us.

It was our first time participating in the marathon, but it certainly won’t be our last.

We’re looking forward to your support next year, and hoping you’ll join us for a few games, even in our last incoherent hours.

Thank you!
